Magic Johnson Took A Shot At D'Angelo Russell After Trading Him
This wasn't very nice.
Magic Johnson was a star for the Los Angeles Lakers during his NBA career.
Now, he's running the front office.
In his first major move since taking the lead, Magic shipped former No. 2 overall pick D'Angelo Russell and Timofey Mozgov to the Brooklyn Nets.
Magic then drafted former UCLA star Lonzo Ball with the No. 2 pick in this year's draft.
During the introductory press conference, Magic took a parting shot at D'Angelo Russell.

Magic has high hopes for Lonzo, and we'll have to wait and see how his development as an NBA point guard pans out.
