On Tuesday night, the Miami Heat will face off against the Atlanta Hawks in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference playoff series.

Unfortunately for the Heat, they'll be without two of their best players. Earlier today, the team ruled out point guard Kyle Lowry, who has been battling a hamstring injury.

But that's not all. On Tuesday afternoon, the team announced that star forward Jimmy Butler won't be playing either.

"Jimmy Butler (right knee inflammation) has been ruled out of tonight's game," the team said in a statement.

Butler has been a dominant force for the Heat over the first four games of the series. He's averaging over 30 points per game as Miami has taken a controlling 3-1 lead in the series.

For tonight, though, the Hawks have to be feeling good about their chances with both Butler and Lowry out.

Game 5 kicks off at 7:00 p.m. ET on NBATV.
