In terms of stunning collapses, you don't get much better (or worse) than the one the Minnesota Timberwolves completed just moments ago.

After leading the Memphis Grizzlies by as many as 26 points in the first half and 25 with three minutes left in the third quarter, the Timberwolves were outscored 50-16 in the final 15 minutes of action. The Grizzlies prevailed 104-95 to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-7 Western Conference first round series.

If we're being honest, this is one of the worst choke jobs we've seen recently, maybe ever. Minnesota was on the verge of really putting pressure on the second-seeded Grizz with a win in Game 3, only to meltdown completely.

As you might have expected, the reactions to the Timberwolves' shocking loss from around the NBA world are not pretty.

After tonight, the Grizzlies still have to beat Minnesota two more times, but it's going to be tough for the Timberwolves to bounce back after such a brutal result.

They'll get tomorrow to ruminate on what happened before hosting Memphis again on Saturday night.
