On Thursday night, the 2018 NBA draft brought us some memorable moments - for better or worse. A huge trade kicked off the draft with the Atlanta Hawks trading Luka Doncic to the Dallas Mavericks for Trae Young and a future first round pick.

Shortly thereafter, the Orlando Magic drafted Mo Bamba. The former Texas star is the ultimate rim protector, standing at 7-foot-1 with a 7-foot-10 wingspan.

Shots aren't the only thing Bamba is blocking, though.

After getting drafted, Bamba responded for a social media post from a girl who made it seem like to pair were close, and perhaps even an item. Bamba isn't so sure.

Check it out.

"I honestly really don't even know you like that," Bamba says as he likely crushes the young girl's dreams.

The post quickly went viral. The girl in question emilyylisette made her social media accounts private so it's tough to tell if they've taken pictures together in the past.

By the way, this isn't the only Bamba story of the day. The former Texas star will wear No. 5 for Orlando - queue the Lue Bega (Mamba N0. 5).
