The Toronto Raptors fired former head coach Dwane Casey just six days ago, and the team is getting crushed for its recent actions. As if firing the NBCA's Coach of the Year wasn't enough, Toronto's official Twitter account tweeted out an unfortunate message.

Five days after firing their head coach, the Raptors tweeted out a message of congratulations to Casey for being named a finalist for the NBA's Coach of the Year.

That's right, the official Twitter account for the Raptors congratulated a coach the team fired just fives days prior.

Check it out.

The reaction on Twitter went as expected.

There's plenty more where that came from.

Casey set the Raptors' franchise wins mark in his final season with the team, but couldn't get passed LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Awkward.
