Watch The Knicks Fans' Reaction To Drafting Kevin Knox

Knicks fans react to the team's draft pick.

At least three things in life are guaranteed: death, taxes and New York Knicks fans hating their team's draft pick.

Three years ago, Knicks fans famously booed the selection of Kristaps Porzingis mercilessly. They actually were wrong about that, as Porzingis has blossomed into an All-Star.

Tonight, the Knicks held the No. 9 pick, and many fans at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn wanted the team to draft Michael Porter Jr. The Missouri star would have likely been a top-3 pick if he didn't have injury concerns.

Porter was on the board at No. 9, but the Knicks passed him up to take Kentucky forward Kevin Knox. Knox seems to project as a good fit in New York because of his size, versatility and ability to shoot from the outside.

That didn't matter to the Knicks fans in attendance, many of whom hated the pick.

Until the Knicks start winning again, they will always elicit this reaction on draft night.

Knox said in an interview on ESPN that he likes the booing and will use it as motivation. Good for him.
