People aren't happy with Skip Bayless' latest tweet.
Stop us if you've heard this one before: Skip Bayless sent out a stupid tweet. Bayless went on a Twitter rant Saturday afternoon about the NBA Finals, which features LeBron James and the Cavaliers against Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors for the third straight season.
In the middle of his rant, Bayless tweeted that he liked the San Antonio Spurs this year, and had Kawhi Leonard not been injured against Golden State, the Spurs would have won the title.
Leonard, who injured his ankle during the Spurs series against Houston, re-injured the ankle when Zaza Pachulia closed out on a shot. Leonard's foot landed on Pachulia's and caused it to role. After that point, the series was all but over.
Apparently, Skip believes the Spurs would have won with Kawhi, but many on Twitter don't agree. Here are the best responses to Bayless' ridiculous tweet.
One thing is for certain, the series would have been more competitive with Kawhi on the floor. He's the Spurs' best player, and one of the best in the league, but let's be honest, Golden State has too much firepower for San Antonio to keep pace. This is just another in a long line of Skip tweets that surprise the audience.
