The Boston Celtics have been making various trades tonight, moving around the first round of the NBA Draft. They just dealt one of their veteran players as well.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the Celtics have traded center Aron Baynes to the Phoenix Suns. It is the second part of a deal that also saw the Celtics trade the No. 24 pick to the Suns, who took Virginia guard Ty Jerome.

Baynes spent the last two seasons in Boston. He averaged 5.8 points and 5.1 rebounds per game over 132 games with the Celtics, making 85 starts.

The veteran big man also shot 80 percent from the free-throw line and added a three-pointer to his repertoire this past season.

According to Zach Lowe, Boston also received a 2020 first-round pick in the exchange, via the Milwaukee Bucks by way of Phoenix.

It has been a busy night for the Celts, and they still hold the No. 33 pick in the second round.

The roster makeover in Boston continues.
