The Cleveland Cavaliers made history tonight.
LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers traveled to Boston for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals tonight. In a closeout game, you would think the Celtics showed up. However, it was the Cavs that came out firing on all cylinders.
In fact, the Cavs did something no team has done in over 14 years.
Cleveland entered halftime with 75 points and an 18-point lead. The 75 points the Cavs scored are the most in a first half since the 2003 Dallas Mavericks.
With and 18-point lead at the half, it looks like LeBron and company will finish off the series and get ready for the Golden State Warriors. LeBron also has 20 points at the half, putting him only eight points away from becoming the all-time leader in points scored in the playoffs.
