While the 2018 NBA offseason brought plenty of excitement - mostly thanks to LeBron James' decision to join the Los Angeles Lakers - the 2019 offseason might have more in store for NBA fans.

Several huge names will be on the move as Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard and Klay Thompson - among others - hit free agency. On Thursday night, a story about a recent purchase from Leonard may have leaked where he intends to sign for the upcoming basketball season.

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, Leonard purchased a home in the Rancho Sante Fe area. Leonard isn't just looking for a place to spend the offseason either after he shelled out $13.3 million for the home.

Check it out.

Leonard is from the Los Angeles area, so it's possible he's just setting roots back in Southern California. However, several reports suggested Kawhi has interest in signing with the Los Angeles Clippers and heading back to his home town.

His most-recent purchase doesn't exactly dispel the rumors that he's interested in signing with the Clippers.

A $13.3 million house is not a subtle transaction and now many are speculating what this means for Leonard's NBA future.

Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors are just hoping they can lure Leonard into an extension.

The 2019 offseason should be fun.
