Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid is having kind of a rough evening. First, he learned that the NBA was fining him $25K for his NSFW comments about the officiating. Now, he's had a terrifying collision on the sideline.

Embiid and the Sixers are in New York this evening, taking on the Knicks. Philadelphia has a modest lead heading into the fourth quarter, but the third quarter did include a scary moment with Embiid.

The Sixers' star big man went into the stands to save a ball and had a pretty brutal collision with a broadcaster.

Hopefully, everyone in the stands was OK. Embiid is a 7-foot, 250-pound NBA center, after all. He is certainly not someone you want to take a hit from.

Embiid has been having a solid game, at least. The Sixers' star big man has 20 points and 10 rebounds, along with three assists, as the fourth quarter begins.
