On Thursday night, the San Antonio Spurs welcomed the Toronto Raptors to the AT&T Center for the first time since Kawhi Leonard forced his way out of San Antonio. The Spurs shipped Leonard and Danny Green to Toronto for DeMar DeRozan, Jakob Poeltl and a protected first-round pick.
Leonard’s first time back in San Antonio did not go as planned for the former Defensive Player of the Year. The Spurs jumped out to an early 38-19 lead at the end of the first quarter and didn’t look back.
Every time the former Spurs star touched the ball, he was booed heavily by the angsty crowd. A few members of the crowd were also involved in an argument with Kawhi Leonard’s mother, who was in the crowd.

To make matters worse to Toronto, DeRozan, who felt slighted by the Raptors for trading him, went off on Thursday night for the first triple-double of his career.
