Draymond Green had arguably his best performance of the season on Saturday night, recording a triple-double in the Game 3 win over the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference Finals.

It wasn't just Green's numbers that made a difference in Game 3, though. It was his leadership propelling the Warriors to a victory, as well.

Video of a mic'd up Green reveals what the Warriors' star told a teammate following a rough missed dunk attempt.

"He missed a shot tonight," Green, pointing at another player, told Jordan Bell after a missed dunk. "Did he? I did, he did too. It's OK, keep it moving."

"You missed a shot. All of us have. Nobody is perfect."

After the game, Green credited the Warriors video coordinator for inspiring him to be a better leader.

Clearly, it's working.

Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals is set for Monday at 9 p.m. E.T. It'll be on ESPN.
