The Toronto Raptors are NBA Champions.
After dethroning the Golden State Warriors in the final game to be played at Oracle Arena, the Raptors walked out with their first NBA championship. Toronto won every game at Oracle Arena this season - not only in the Finals - en route to the title.
The Raptors made the bold choice to trade for Kawhi Leonard before the season, sending fan favorite DeMar DeRozan to the San Antonio Spurs.
The result? Kawhi Leonard leading the team to a title and his second NBA Finals MVP.
After the game, ESPN's Rachel Nichols caught an awesome moment between Leonard and star point guard Kyle Lowry.
The two celebrated before an interview with Nichols and look to be best friends.
Check it out.
The most shocking thing in the video might be the fact that Leonard actually smiles.
Moments like this make fans realize how human athletes are. After propping up players for months at a time, fans can sit back and watch them act like little kids after taking home a trophy.
Now the fight to keep Leonard in Toronto begins. The Raptors are favorites to land Kawhi in a long-term deal, but the Los Angeles Clippers - and others - won't go away quietly.
