The Golden State Warriors advanced to a fifth straight NBA Finals on Monday night, sweeping the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference Finals.

This year's Western Conference Finals featured a matchup of the Curry brothers, with Steph leading the Warriors and Seth coming off the bench to spark the Blazers.

We had plenty of cool moments between the two brothers during these four games, along with some special family moments in the stands.

The two brothers shared a heartfelt moment after the final game of the series ended.

Steph and Seth exchanged jerseys following Game 4.

Big brother won this round - and, based on the state of the Warriors, he'll probably continue to win - but Seth Curry had a great series, too.

Golden State is now set to face either Milwaukee or Toronto in the NBA Finals.

Perhaps Seth Curry will be seen in the stands cheering him on now that his team has been eliminated.
