4-Star RB Derrian Brown Announces His Commitment

One of the top running back recruits in the 2019 class announced his college commitment this evening.

Derrian Brown, a four-star running back out of Georgia, announced on Twitter his college decision. He's heading to Texas.

The 5-foot-10, 179-pound prospect out of Buford, Ga. chose the Longhorns over Auburn, Alabama and Florida, among other programs.

It's been a good weekend for Texas. The Longhorns took down USC in Austin on Saturday night and got some big recruiting news today.

Tom Herman's 2019 class is ranked the No. 9 class in the country.
