49ers vs. Cardinals preview:
The 49ers (1-7) enter the contest losers of seven straight games with their latest loss coming to the Saints last week 41-23. The Cardinals (3-4-1) are coming off of a bye week with their last game played on Oct. 30 being a 30-20 loss to Carolina. The Cardinals beat the 49ers earlier in the year on Oct. 6, 33-21.
The Cardinals gave up 349 yards to Carolina in their last game played including 141 yards on the ground. Arizona also had the lone turnover in the game. Carson Palmer had a nice outing against the Panthers going 35-for-46 through the air for 363 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.
San Francisco allowed 571 yards to New Orleans a week ago with 323 of those yards coming through the air and another 248 yards on the ground. Colin Kaepernick threw for 398 yards to go along with two scores and one pick. He also had 23 rushing yards on the day.
The 49ers hold a 29-21 all-time record against the Cardinals in the two team's regular season series.

The 49ers may be the worst team in football alongside the Browns and the Cardinals will show just that at home as they get back to their winning ways.
San Francisco is the worst defense in the NFL while Arizona's defense is the best in the league. It's a tale of two sides, and the side with the best defense is going to win this one big.
