Free agency has been a whirlwind today. We have more big news to share this evening.

Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback AJ McCarron has found a new home. It's a very interesting destination.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport is reporting that the former star Alabama quarterback will be signing with the Buffalo Bills.

McCarron is reportedly signing a two-year deal.

McCarron, 27, has been in the NFL since 2014. He was a fifth-round pick out of Alabama by Cincinnati.

The former Crimson Tide star has been Andy Dalton's backup in Cincinnati. He's played well when he's gotten time on the field.

McCarron has completed nearly 65 percent of his passes and thrown 6 touchdowns to 2 interceptions. He has 920 career yards with a passer rating of 93.6

Buffalo traded starting QB Tyrod Taylor to the Browns earlier this month. It's very possible McCarron will be the Bills' 2018 starter.

Stay tuned for more updates. Free agency is far from over.
