Houston has consistently been named as one of the potential frontrunners to sign James. He would be teaming up with James Harden and one of his closest friends in Chris Paul.

Paul has reportedly already begun recruiting James to Houston, according to the New York Times' Marc Stein.

James, meanwhile, still has a couple of NBA Finals games left. Cleveland is set to host Golden State on Wednesday night.
