Will Grier should be one of the best quarterbacks in the country in 2018. West Virginia's star QB might actually be the best.

The former Florida quarterback surprised some people when he decided to return for another season. The NFL was seen by many as a real possibility.

As a result, West Virginia should be one of the country's top teams this fall. The Mountaineers will likely start the year ranked inside the top 15 with Big 12 title hopes.

Grier has one of the most-distinct looks in the sport, too. Well, he used to.

West Virginia's quarterback looked like a true mountain man with his flowing locks and big beard.

Grier unveiled today that he's changed his look, though, And people are upset.

It's a cleaner look, for sure. But it's not a universally-liked one.

People digged the long hair.

West Virgnia opens its season on Sept. 1 against Tennessee. Maybe Grier will have grown his hair back out by then.
