An NFL team will apparently be playing the rest of its game this afternoon without any running backs.
The Buffalo Bills, who came into today’s contest down a couple RBs, are now without any healthy tailback.
Buffalo’s LeSean McCoy and Chris Ivory were both inactive for this afternoon’s game. Marcus Murphy and Keith Ford have both gone down with injuries in today’s game.
It’s not good.
The #Bills are out of running backs. Can’t remember having seen this. LeSean McCoy and Chris Ivory we’re inactive. Marcus Murphy (arm) is out. Keith Ford is down with an injury .

Bills RB Keith Ford down the field before a 4th and 2 play. That leaves the Bills with zero healthy running backs.

Keith Ford is hurt, and the #Bills are down to 0 running backs.

The Bills remain alive in today’s game, though. Buffalo is trailing Detroit, 13-7, as we head into the fourth quarter.
The game is on FOX.
