Watch: Avalanche Rages Down Mountain, Destroys Cars In Parking Lot

Crazy snow at West Virginia.

It might not always be a good idea to park your car as close to the ski mountain as possible.

This week, a number of videos emerged of an avalanche at Mount Elbrus in Kabardino-Balkaria, a federal subject of Russia located in the North Caucasus. The snow, moving at a rather quick pace, eventually engulfs at least a dozen cars before coming to a stop.

According to emergency services, there are no reports of anyone being hurt in the avalanche. But it's pretty clear that most of the cars in the videos are totaled.

The snow is a bit orange too, which is odd. Check it out, it's wild:

Here's another angle, via ViralHog:

It's unclear what exactly led to the avalanche - that being said, it's the highest mountain in Europe.

All in all, it could have been worse - people could have died. Instead, we've just got a car insurance nightmare and a whole lot of viral videos.
