A seven-time world champion, WWE’s Big Show (real name Paul Donald Wight) has been a star in his two-plus decades as a professional wrestler. Big Show was known as much for his massive size as well as his accomplishments inside the ring.
Big Show is 7-foot tall, and was listed at 383 pounds earlier in his career. Before he joined WWE, he was a member of WCW and was nicknamed The Giant.
Giant or Big Show, Paul Donald Wight is not nearly as big as he used to be. For more than a year, the 46-year-old wrestler has been on a dogged weight loss journey.
Big Show has shared his progress and his increasingly ripped physique with his Twitter and Instagram followers. As of March 2017, he had lost 70 pounds and he’s only kept it up.

Props to Big Show. He looks like a totally different dude and he seems happy with his new appearance.
Hopefully he keeps the weight off.
