Chargers vs. Texans preview:

The Chargers (4-6) are coming off of a bye week after falling to the Dolphins 31-24 two weeks ago. San Diego is losers of two of its last three games played. The Texans (6-4) fell to the Raiders on Monday night 27-20.

Houston managed to out gain the Raiders 354 yards to 325 yards but also had two turnovers on the night. Brock Osweiler went 26-for-39 through the air for 243 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Lamar Miller rushed for 104 yards and a score on 24 carries against Oakland.

San Diego enjoyed a bye week after falling to Miami as it turned the ball over four times all courtesy of Philip Rivers interceptions. Rivers threw for 326 yards and three touchdowns, but his four interceptions sealed San Diego's fate for the day. Tyrell Williams had 125 receiving yards and a score on just five catches against Miami.

The Chargers are 4-1 all-time in regular season meetings against the Texans.

Chargers vs. Texans Prediction:

Rivers won't have another four interception game, even against the very solid Houston defense. With that being said, San Diego's 21st ranked defense could have a tough time against Miller and Osweiler in Houston.

The Texans take this one at home to send a statement to the rest of the AFC South.
