Gruden might be headed back to the NFL.

Jon Gruden has been linked heavily to the opening at Tennessee, but many believe it's more likely that the ESPN NFL analyst heads back to the pros.

Chris Simms seems to agree.

The former star Texas quarterback and current analyst for Bleacher Report believes there's a "75 percent" chance that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hire Gruden if they move on from head coach Dirk Koetter.

"From what I've heard from a few people that are around that organization, that it is real," he said. "I think it's a legitimate option that's on the table."
