Chris Webber Said Something Pretty Dumb During The Loyola-KSU Game

Loyola Chicago celebrates in the NCAA Tournament

Chris Webber has been working as an analyst during the NCAA Tournament for Turner Sports. He's been pretty good.

The former Michigan and NBA star made an embarrassing comment today, though.

Webber was on the call for No. 11 Loyola-Chicago's game against No. 9 Kansas State. The Ramblers appear to be on their way to a victory and a Final Four appearance.

Late in the game, Webber made the following proclamation.

"No school tomorrow if they win — I’m making the rule up.”

Tomorrow is Sunday, Chris. There's already no school.

Oops.

Maybe they should just get off Monday instead.

With a win, Loyola moves on to the Final Four, which takes place in San Antonio next Saturday night.

They'll face the winner of the Elite Eight game between Michigan and Florida State which is set to be played later tonight.
