Danica Patrick Shows Off Ridiculous Christmas Workout

Danica Patrick doesn't seem to be taking any time away from the gym this holiday season.

The former NASCAR star took to Instagram this morning to reveal her "12 Days of Christmas" workout.

It looks intense.

The workout featured:

  • 12 thrusters
  • 11 St. Ring dips
  • 10 backsquats
  • 9 KBS 35
  • 8 burpees
  • 7 pushups
  • 6 HSPU
  • 5 T2B
  • 4 pullups
  • 3 deadlifts
  • 2 f. squats
  • 1 clean 95

That was so fun to end the 12 days of Christmas workout with 95lb thrusters!!!! ?? @brooke_selman is so tough! Obviously we are quite compatible, looked more like a simultaneous workout than a race. ????. @crossfit @roguefitness @prettyintensebydanica (this workout is not in my workout program ?!....which starts January 7th so go get the book!)
