Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry, who won a Heisman Trophy at Alabama, is one of the biggest players at his position in the NFL. Monday, a photo of him next to one of his teammates went viral - simply because of how huge he looks.

Henry is listed at around 6-foot-3, 250 pounds - which is massive for a running back. Dion Lewis, meanwhile, is listed at 5-foot-8, 195 pounds.

The below photo, put out by the Titans themselves, shows the two players next to each other. Twitter cannot get over how much bigger Henry looks. It looks like he spent the entire offseason in the weight room, to say the least.

Here's the photo:

Yes, Henry appears a little bit closer to the camera than Lewis - but we're not sure how much it matters.

Henry was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft and has had a decent career thus far through two seasons. Last year, he rushed for 744 yards with five touchdowns.

Henry's senior season at Alabama was otherworldly. In 2015, he rushed for 2,219 yards and 28 touchdowns.

As for the dynamic between Henry and Lewis - the two are expected to split carries this year. If both can stay healthy, the Titans will have a great backfield.
