Dez Bryant remains an NFL free agent, months after the Dallas Cowboys decided to release the star wide receiver. There's reportedly been interest in the former Oklahoma State standout, but he's choosing to wait for the ideal situation.
The Baltimore Ravens, for instance, reportedly offered Bryant a multi-year contract, but he prefers to sign a sizable one-year deal, re-prove his value and then hit free agency in 2019.
It's unclear at this point what Bryant is going to do ahead of the 2018 season. There's been little talk of teams signing him as of late.
A star NFL wide receiver has decided to start recruiting Bryant to his team.
Pittsburgh Steelers' All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown is recruiting Bryant to his squad. That would be quite the wide receivers duo.
Brown tweeted the following message at Bryant today.
"Come play with me @DezBryant let’s get the chip..........Eat Greedy......Big plates......." he wrote.
The Steelers could actually be a great fit for Bryant. They're a contending team in the AFC and have a Hall of Fame quarterback in Ben Roethlisberger, who could surely handle whatever antics Bryant might bring to a team. Defenses would definitely have fits trying to cover all of the Steelers' offensive weapons, too.
Bryant caught 69 passes for 838 yards and 6 touchdowns during the 2017 season. He has nearly 7,500 career yards and 73 touchdowns.
