The Associated Press preseason top 25 poll was released on Monday afternoon. Unsurprisingly, Alabama came in at No. 1. The full list can be seen here.

The preseason polls don't really matter, especially with the College Football Playoff, but they always spark a lot of reaction.

ESPN analyst Dari Nowkhah took to Twitter today to name his most overrated and underrated teams.

The most overrated:

  • 6 - Washington
  • 8 - Miami
  • 15 - USC
  • 16 - TCU
  • 20 - Va Tech
  • 25 - LSU

The most underrated:

  • 11 - Mich St
  • 13 - Stanford
  • 17 - West Virginia
  • 21 - UCF
  • UNR - South Carolina
  • UNR - Arizona

The season is less than two weeks away.

The first Saturday of the year is set for Sept. 1. We can't wait.
