ESPN Can't Show NFL Highlights On Snapchat

So this is what the Worldwide Leader did instead.

ESPN has launched a SportsCenter show for Snapchat. A couple of times a day, a SportsCenter-style show will be available for viewing on the mobile platform.

Unfortunately, ESPN is not allowed to show NFL highlights on Snapchat, despite paying billions of dollars a year for Monday Night Football and other NFL rights.

So, they did this instead when talking about last night's Panthers-Dolphins game:

That was awkward.

ESPN reportedly has a two-year deal with Snapchat. The SportsCenter shows will be 3-5 minutes long and be available starting at 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. E.T. every weekday and once a day on the weekend.
