One of the two remaining undefeated teams in the NFL will take the field on Thursday night. We'll see the San Francisco 49ers take on the Arizona Cardinals in an NFC West showdown.

San Francisco dismantled the Carolina Panthers in Week 8 in large part because of its defense and running game. Nick Bosa won NFC Defensive Player of the Week, meanwhile Tevin Coleman led the offensive with four total touchdowns.

The 49ers are currently the top seed in the NFC, but they need to keep their foot on the gas because the New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers aren't too far behind.

Fortunately for San Francisco, it has a pretty favorable matchup tonight. Even though Arizona has rookie quarterback Kyler Murray at its disposal, the rest of the team is still somewhat shaky.

Kliff Kingsbury has already led the Cardinals to three wins, yet it'd be unfair to expect him to lead the team to an upset win over the 49ers tonight.

Divisional games often come down to the wire, so it's possible Arizona gives San Francisco a run for its money. However, the final projection from ESPN has Kyle Shanahan's team remaining undefeated through Week 9.

According to ESPN's Football Power Index, the 49ers have a 79.0 percent chance of defeating the Cardinals.

Kickoff is at 8:20 p.m. ET from State Farm Stadium.

The game will be broadcast on FOX.
