The final week of the college football season is here. Championship weekend holds several significant matchups and a few that have major College Football Playoff implications.

With the final few games upon us, ESPN's Heather Dinich predicted what the possible playoff foursome would look like in different scenarios. Among the scenarios run, Dinich predicted the outcome if all of the favorites win their respective matchups this weekend.

Alabama, Clemson, Oklahoma and Ohio State are all in play for the playoff. But who makes it if all win their conference titles this weekend?

According to Dinich, Oklahoma would make it in over Ohio State - unless the Buckeyes destroy Northwestern the way they did Michigan last weekend.

HD's prediction: 1. Alabama, 2. Clemson, 3. Notre Dame, 4. Oklahoma (unless Ohio State looks like the Ohio State that crushed Michigan)

This is the consensus prediction at this point, though anything is possible in the final weekend of the season. The playoff committee's decision to put Oklahoma at No. 5 and Ohio State at No. 6 suggests a win by both programs this weekend puts the Sooners in the playoff.
