The NCAA Tournament's first round is about 75 percent complete. It's starting to get pretty crazy.

Thursday night, we had the first massive upset of the tournament, when No. 4 seed Arizona fell to No. 13 Buffalo in a blowout.

The unexpectedness has continued on Friday. Wichita State, the No. 4 seed, lost to No. 13 seed Marshall.

There's been some major injury news, too. Purdue has lost star big man Isaac Haas to a season-ending elbow injury.

Who's going to end up making the Final Four? Here are the latest projections from ESPN's FiveThirtyEight.

East Region: No. 1Villanova

South Region: No. 1 Virginia

Midwest Region: No. 1 Kansas

West Region: No. 2 UNC

National title game: No. 1 Villanova over No. 1 Virginia
