The 2017-18 college men's basketball regular season is wrapping up. The final weekend of the regular season is days away.
Saturday night, we finish the season with a good one. Duke is set to host North Carolina at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Both teams are coming off heartbreaking losses. Both will be extra motivated (if you can be extra motivated for a huge rivalry game, I guess).
Duke fell to Virginia Tech on a last-second tip-in on Monday night. North Carolina fell to Miami on a buzzer-beating 3-pointer from just inside the halfcourt line.
Who's got the edge on Saturday night? Probably the Blue Devils.
Duke is at home. The No. 5 Blue Devils will probably be a small favorite.
ESPN has released its early prediction for the game. It likes Coach K.
ESPN's BPI gives Duke a 77.3 percent chance to win the game.
Duke and North Carolina are set to tip off at 8:15 p.m. E.T. The game will be televised on ESPN.
The game will have major NCAA Tournament seeding implications, as Duke has an outside chance at a No. 1 seed with a win on Saturday and a run in the ACC Tournament.
It should be a good one.
