Florida just won the SEC East thanks to a goal line stand against LSU.

Florida knocked off LSU in Death Valley on Saturday to win its second consecutive SEC East title.

Trailing 16-10, LSU got the ball back with 3:18 left in regulation and was able to drive the ball to the Gators' 1-yard-line. The Gators answered the call on LSU's attempt to stick it in the endzone on third down and followed that up yet again on fourth down as time expired:

With the win, the Gators have punched their ticket to the SEC Championship in Atlanta to take on Alabama.

Originally, this game was supposed to be played at Florida on Oct. 8, but thanks to Hurricane Matthew the game was bumped to Baton Rouge. Needless to say, the Gators defied the odds of going into a hostile Tiger Stadium and picked up some hardware with the win.

Florida will take on Florida State on the road next Saturday.
