The former ESPN anchor shared her story about motherhood.
Sara Walsh, a now-former ESPN anchor, is a mother of adorable twins - a boy and a girl.
The former SportsCenter host and her husband, Matt Walsh, a minor league baseball pitcher, welcomed their kids into the world a couple of months ago.
Sunday, on Mother's Day, Walsh shared her story about becoming a mother.
Walsh detailed how she had a miscarriage while working on-air for ESPN in Alabama and how difficult that was. She had two more miscarriages and went through IVF before having her twins.
Here's how Walsh ended her post:
I wasn't on tv today, and I'm not sure when I will be again, but instead I got to hang with these two good eggs. My ONLY good eggs. And I know how lucky I really am.
Well said, Sara.
