Britt McHenry will be back on the TV screens soon. She's landed a new gig.

The former ESPN reporter, who was laid off by the network last spring, will have a show on Washington, D.C.'s local FOX station. It'll be a wide-ranging show.

The Washington Post first reported the news.

Here are the details of the show:

Former ESPN personalities Britt McHenry and Bram Weinstein will team with WPGC news director Guy Lambert to host a weekly news roundup show on Fox 5 that will range from politics to entertainment to pop culture, the station announced on Tuesday.

The program, called “Like It or Not,” will debut Friday at 10:30 p.m. That will be its time slot during a six-week trial; the weekly show will re-air Saturdays at 8:30 p.m. on WDCA, also known as Fox 5 plus.

This will certainly be interesting. McHenry has become one of the most-polarizing figures in sports media.

The former ESPN reporter has become very outspoken on a number of controversial topics from sports to politics to pop culture. The show will likely cover many of these topics.

FOX 5's vice president said in a release that the show will "provide edgy, controversial commentary.”

The show will premiere this week.
