A former Ohio State player took a swing at Penn State fans on Friday.
Ohio State hosts No. 2 Penn State on Saturday in arguably its biggest game of the year. A former Buckeye decided to get in on the trash talk ahead of the matchup.
Kirk Barton, who played offensive line for the Buckeyes from 2004-2007 and later had short stints with the Bears, Dolphins, 49ers, Bengals, Broncos and Panthers, compared Penn State fans to cicadas – adding that the “show up once a decade, make a bunch of noise, and people can’t wait for them to go away.”

We imagine Ohio State fans will be the ones making noise on Saturday night. The big game starts at 3:30 PM ET.
