Former Oklahoma star Trae Young will likely be one of the most-marketable stars in the 2018 NBA Draft class. The sharpshooter has been (unfairly, really) compared to Steph Curry. Few college stars were more exciting to watch last season.

Young's marketability has paid off leading up to the 2018 NBA Draft. He's signed a major endorsement deal.

The former Oklahoma star, who's projected to be a top 10 pick in this Thursday's draft, has signed with adidas.

Young is one of two top guards to sign with adidas. Former Miami star Lonnie Walker, another projected top 15 pick, has also signed with the brand.

Adidas announced the news this morning. It's a "multi-year footwear and apparel endorsement deal."

Young is believed by many to be the top shoe prospect in the 2018 NBA Draft class. If he ends up becoming anything like Steph Curry, adidas' signing will pay off in a major way. Walker, too, has a high ceiling. He's ridiculously athletic and played very well for Miami in the second half of the 2017-18 season.

Congrats to Trae and Lonnie on signing with adidas.

The 2018 NBA Draft is set for Thursday night. It'll begin shortly after 7 p.m. E.T. on ESPN.
