One Little League baseball team threw a perfect game on Friday.

The Little League World Series is on ESPN this week, and while most games have featured a great deal of offense thus far, one team bought it defensively in a way that hasn't been done since 2008.

The Little League team representing North Carolina blanked South Dakota 6-0 on Friday night - without allowing a player to reach base.

That's right, North Carolina's three pitchers - Chase Anderson, Matthew Matthijs and Carson Hardee - combined for a perfect game. Little League World Series games are six innings.

Here's the final out - check it out:

Congrats to the young men - they'll be back on this field Sunday afternoon.
