O.J. Simpson's parole hearing is being held today.
In his parole board hearing on Thursday, O.J. Simpson stated his intentions to move back to Florida if released on parole.
Simpson is up for parole in October.
Nearly nine years ago, Simpson was charged in connection with an armed robbery attempt in a Las Vegas hotel room to reclaim what he thought was stolen memorabilia and other personal things.
The former NFL star told the board he would like to leave Nevada and return to Florida if he were released, to go back to his family.
Simpson was sentenced to 33 years at a Nevada state prison, but could be released as early as October for good behavior.
We'll find out soon if O.J. is released on parole.
