A former college signee passed away on Saturday.
Florida High graduate Cam Brown passed away Saturday morning after his battle with osteosarcoma.
Brown graduated from Florida High in May, the same month he was diagnosed with the form of bone cancer that presents itself in legs and arms of children and young adults.
The former Western Carolina commit had his left leg amputated earlier this year to stop the spread of the cancer.
Florida High Executive Director Stacy Chambers released a statement this morning on Facebook.
Our thoughts are with the Brown family and the Florida State University School community at this difficult time.
