Hours before the Boston Celtics are scheduled to take on the Milwaukee Bucks, the team found out that star forward Jaylen Brown is out.
The announcement was made by Celtics head coach Brad Stevens just over 90 minutes before the game.
Brown has been dealing with a foot injury this week.
He played 32 minutes against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. He scored 14 points with five rebounds and three assists. Boston went on to win the game 108-105.

The 22-year-old forward is fourth on the team in minutes played per game, free throws per game, three-pointers per game and blocks per game. He is also fifth on the team in points per game.
Brown was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2017.
The Celtics are currently 5-2 and in second place in the Atlantic Division, but they’re still 1.5 games behind the Toronto Raptors. The team has been on a three-game winning streak, with two wins over the Pistons, and one against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Boston and Milwaukee are set to tip off at 8 p.m. E.T. The game will be on TNT.
