On Thursday night, the New Orleans Saints found themselves in a dogfight with the Dallas Cowboys. At the end of the first half, Drew Brees had just 39 yards passing the the Saints failed to put any points on the board.

Dallas dominated the first half to the tune of a 13-0 lead after two quarters of play. However, New Orleans launched a run in the second half and currently trail 13-10 midway through the fourth quarter.

The Saints' road back may have gotten a little bit tougher. Star running back Alvin Kamara took a shot to the head from Cowboys linebacker Jaylon Smith and appeared woozy as he walked off the field.

Some watching the play thought Smith should have been called for the NFL's new targeting penalty.

Kamara has been taken to the locker room as a result of the hit.

Dallas holds a 13-10 advantage with just over seven minutes left to play.
