The Jacksonville Jaguars have been the most-disappointing team in the NFL this season, going from a Super Bowl contender to a team not even close to the playoffs.

The Jaguars, who fell to 3-8 on the season with Sunday's loss to the Bills, are finally making a change on offense.

Jacksonville is benching starting quarterback Blake Bortles.

Former USC quarterback Cody Kessler will start on Sunday.

Bortles, a former first round NFL Draft pick, has really struggled this season.

The 26-year-old quarterback has thrown for 2,572 yards, 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He's completed just 60 percent of his passes.

The Jaguars are set to play the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
