The Jacksonville Jaguars are giving star cornerback Jalen Ramsey a little break from training camp, but not in a good way. He has been suspended.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Ramsey was suspended for a week after his tweets to a local reporter.

Ramsey was sticking up for teammates, but the team apparently didn't appreciate the commentary.

It looks like this all stems from Ramsey's message to local reporter Phillip Heilman of Jacksonville.com.

This appears to be what Ramsey took exception to. It was a video Heilman filmed from today's practice, featuring Jaguars defensive linemen Dante Fowler and Yannick Ngakoue getting into an altercation.

At the end of the video, you can hear a voice yell out to Heilman to stop recording. Apparently, it is Ramsey's based on a Twitter response from fans and Heilman.

Ramsey may be suspended for a week, but it doesn't look like he's going to change the way he does things moving forward.

In reality, this is a punishment that isn't that much of a punishment at all. Ramsey will get a week away from training camp, which isn't a bad thing for an established player.

He won't miss any regular season games, which is the key thing for himself and the team.
