Dez Bryant remains unsigned a couple of weeks before the 2018 NFL season is set to begin, but the former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver continues to be mentioned as a possible signing for several teams.
One of the teams being mentioned: the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns, the subject of this year's Hard Knocksseason, had a wide receiver go viral on social media on Tuesday night. Jarvis Landry, a top free agent signing this offseason, gave quite the speech to his fellow wideouts.
Video of the speech went viral on social media:
Dez Bryant was a fan of what he saw from Landry.
"Yea Juice!!!!.. gave me chills man!!! I love this," he tweeted.
Landry has since responded to Bryant's tweet.
It seems like Jarvis would like Dez to join him in Cleveland.
"Ride With Me," he tweeted.
The Browns have been mentioned as an option for Bryant earlier this summer. There was talk of Bryant and the Browns arranging a meeting, but it's unclear if any talks progressed to the serious stage.
One report suggested that Bryant wasn't seriously interested in playing in Cleveland.
"Source tells me the Corey Coleman trade was not specifically done to clear space for free agent WR Dez Bryant. Additionally source said, there's an impression they have that Bryant is not seriously interested in coming to Cleveland," ESPN's Josina Anderson tweeted.
