The Fox Sports personality talked about LeBron James’ being a victim of racism.
LeBron James spoke out about racism after the N-word was spray painted outside his Los Angeles home early Wednesday.
“No matter how much money you have, no matter how famous you are, no matter how many people admire you, being black in America is tough. We’ve got a long way to go, for us as a society and for us as African Americans, until we feel equal in America,” James said at a press conference.
James said his family is safe “and that’s most important.” Police are currently investigating.
Fox Sports personality Jason Whitlock discussed what James said on The Herd earlier today.
“That is a lie,” Whitlock said of James’ comment on being black in America is still tough if you’re rich and famous. “It’s not tough being Oprah Winfrey. It’s not tough being LeBron James. It’s not tough being Jason Whitlock.”
Here’s video of his comments:

Unsurprisingly, people are speaking out against what Whitlock said, including NFL wide receiver Torrey Smith.
