A former ESPN anchor has landed a gig with the Food Network.
Former ESPN anchor Jaymee Sire, a fan favorite on SportsCenter AM, has landed a gig at the Food Network. Sire, who was included in the Worldwide Leader's April layoffs, will be the floor reporter for a show called Iron Chef Showdown.
Sire tweeted out the news on Tuesday afternoon.
She clarified that the job is not considered full-time. She also revealed that it's all been shot.

Sire, who calls herself a foodie, was with ESPN from 2013 until 2017. It's pretty cool that she was able to turn her biggest hobby into her next career.
